QUEST project

We are improving our city’s transport system, with the help of the EU funded QUEST project!

Our city is currently improving the city’s transport system through its involvement in the EU-funded QUEST-project. That project evaluates our city's approach to managing urban mobility.

The cooperation with QUEST consists of an audit procedure together with in depth discussions with important stakeholders. Based on the results of the QUEST audit a tailor made improvement program is recommended to us. Through the project our city will be part of international network of cities that all have the same interest - to develop and improve our mobility policy and traffic planning towards more sustainable ways.

QUEST is funded by the Intelligent Energy Europe Programme.

Az EU által finanszírozott QUEST projekt segítségével fejlesztjük városunk közlekedési rendszerét!

Városunk jelenleg az EU által finanszírozott QUEST-projektben való részvételén keresztül fejleszti közlekedési rendszerét. A projekt kiértékeli Sopron közlekedésszervezési megoldásait. A QUEST-tel való együttműködés egy audit folyamatból és ehhez kapcsolódva a kérdésben érintett fontos résztvevőkkel folytatott részletes megbeszélésekből áll.

A QUEST audit eredményei alapján egy, a városunk jellegzetességeit figyelembe vevő fejlesztési programot ajánlanak számunkra. A projekten keresztül Sopron olyan városok nemzetközi hálózatának a része lesz, amelyek ugyanabban érdekeltek – egy fenntarthatóbb irány felé fejleszteni és javítani a közlekedési politikánkat és a közlekedéstervezésünket.
